If you鈥檇 like to connect with fellow students whether it be to share an Uber from the airport or even an AirBnB for the duration of the residency, contact Ligaya or refer to this . (Be sure to access the document via your school email, thanks!)

Our campus is located at 1130 Rainier Ave S Seattle, WA 98144. Options for lots, street parking and limited garage availability can be found .
- Dress Code: it’s all about the layers, bring a warm coat for winter! Be casual and comfortable. Consider appropriate footwear for the season and plans for downtown walking.
- Optional: laptop and textbooks. If you have questions about this, please contact your course professor or assistant instructor.
- Search Vrbo or Airbnb for Central District, Judkins Park, Capitol Hill or Beacon Hill rentals.
If you have a partner or spouse, they are very welcome to join you for all mealtimes throughout the residency. There are several quiet areas around campus where spouses can access wifi and/or have a quiet space to spend time while you are in class. If your spouse or partner is interested in attending morning and/or afternoon sessions of residency with you, see 鈥淐lass Policies鈥� for guidance.
The Manager of Student Life Programs will partner with our underrepresented student group leaders to offer lunch or dinner outings during this residency. We’re aware that all of us have intersecting identities, and you may find yourself identifying with more than one group. That’s why we try to schedule these gatherings at different times to support your participation in multiple groups if desired. More information can be found on the Optional Events & Forms page.

- Sage (for students in the second half of life/ returning to school after significant time)
Because the residency meets at the end of the first week of the term, some of your classes will not meet the week of the residency. Specific course start dates can be found in Populi on individual course pages. If you have questions about this, please contact your course professor or assistant instructor.
Breakfast and snacks will be provided, as well as some meals (optional reception on Wednesday evening and hosted dinner on Friday). If you have any food allergies/sensitivities, please let us know by submitting the Food Prep Form located on the Optional Events & Forms page.
