鈥淒o you still do Practicum?鈥 Yes鈥攁nd then some. Formation is alive and well, even if it looks a little different. In our post-pandemic era, we’ve expanded into low-residency and onsite formats鈥攂ut the soul of Practicum endures. Now called the Listening Lab, this space continues to hold the heartbeat of our pedagogy: deep listening, embodied presence, and narrative engagement in small, faculty-led groups. This video shares reflections from faculty and alumni on how formation continues to unfold, even in digital space.
Our low-residency programs allow students to remain embedded in their home communities while participating in weekly online classes and gathering 2鈥3 times per year for intensive, in-person retreats. These residencies are immersive, transformative touchpoints鈥攕paces of presence, dialogue, and connection with faculty and peers. Whether onsite or low-residency, students today are engaging the same integrated, relational pedagogy that shaped you.
