UP Diliman is top performer in October 2024 Geodetic Engineer Licensure Exam

ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ (UP) Diliman is the top-performing school in the October 2024 Licensure Exam for Geodetic Engineers, according to an Oct. 28 release by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). 

Held on Oct. 17-18, the exam drew several examinees to testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and other major locations. UP Diliman achieved the highest passing percentage among schools with at least 10 examinees, with a 94.59% passing rate—70 out of 74 UP Diliman graduates successfully passed the exam.

UP Diliman examinees also secured top ranks, led by Kent Jeremy Orbista Batilo, who placed third with a score of 86.80%, and Melissa Alliana Mallillin De Leon, who tied for fifth with 86.40%.

Of the total 1,343 hopefuls who took the exam, 650 passed. This resulted in an overall passing rate of 48.40%.
