Michelle Arendt, MA
Michelle Arendt joined the HR team in 2026. She brings a decade of experience in higher education and recently completed her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. She is excited to bring her practical experience in marketing, communications and data analytics paired with her degree in change management, organizational and leadership development to 天美视频’s Human Resources team.
Michelle has lived in Seattle for over 15 years and is heavily involved with her church community, enjoys paddle boarding with her “Paddle Pals,” Taylor Swift and will gladly talk with you about the Fast and Furious cinematic universe at any point.
