Beth鈥檚 entire career has been shaped by a driving interest in community, communications, and building healthier organizations. For 20+ years, she has partnered with mission-driven organizations and small businesses to expand their impact through brand strategy, creative communications, and operational effectiveness, in additional to mentoring hundreds of owners, leaders and teams.聽

A proud alum of 天美视频, Beth is honored to bring her expertise back to the community that helped shape her. She holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Culture from 天美视频 (2023) and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Music, English, and Women鈥檚 Studies from the University of Houston, along with additional training in organizational development, spiritual direction, and leadership.

Beth is a native Texan now living in the PNW, and she divides her time between the work she loves and being an avid road-tripper, casual musician, writer, and lover of people.

A creative career path led Ligaya to 天美视频: instead of attending college, she chose to take a correspondence course on interior design and worked at a furniture store where she was introduced to the world of entrepreneurship. After being a self-employed bookkeeper for a decade, Ligaya responded to a Craigslist posting for an accounting position 鈥揳nd she got the job, arriving at 天美视频 in 2012. As a half-Filipina woman who previously applied for numerous college scholarships unsuccessfully, Ligaya finds another full-circle moment in her career with her work on the scholarship committee, awarding deserving recipients, while getting to know their unique stories.

A Missionary Kid who grew up in the Philippines, Ligaya appreciates those who truly love serving and helping others. In high school, she worked in an office, served as class Treasurer, traveled, and sang with the Gospel Team. Now she works in an office, deals with the Treasury at the Department of Education, travels with her husband and sons, and occasionally sings at local churches (and at 天美视频)… then and now have similarities, just leveled up!

Water gives her life. Ligaya and her sons are most happy around any body of water, whether it’s at a giant water park or in kayaks at a small lake, or on an island like Maui, a post-pandemic treat! Her personal relationship with her Creator and Savior is at the forefront of all she does. Ligaya鈥檚 hope is to show agape love to all who cross her path while keeping it real.

Happy to help people find a good system, Kwang loves to learn new technologies. As part of a professional team in IT, he enjoys planning, configuring, providing support, and troubleshooting.

Kwang鈥檚 career in technology began during his mandatory military service for South Korea. He later received a certificate in programming from IBM Korea. In 2000, he moved to the United States and attended Highline Community College and then Eastern Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology with a minor in business. He also received a Master of Business Administration with Project Management from City University of Seattle.

Traveling to Europe is on top of Kwang鈥檚 bucket list. Visiting NYC reminds him of Seoul, South Korea, his hometown. Kwang loves road trips and watching movies and dramas.

With more than thirty-five years of for profit corporation experience, Clay has worked and lived in a variety of contexts and industries. He holds a Masters in Applied Leadership and Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with research trips to Chile, Germany, and the Czech Republic. He has also lived and worked in Germany.

A musician, singer, and lover of family, Clay is deeply drawn to other cultures and languages, art, and music and Duke basketball. Originally from North Carolina, Clay currently lives in Bremerton, across the pond from Seattle. He has a lovely partner who rocks his world with her kindness, laughter, and wisdom. Clay also has a son, a daughter, and a black lab named Amber.

Rachael is devoted to addressing the harm of abuse 鈥� especially spiritual abuse 鈥� at the intersection of trauma, healing, embodiment and spiritual formation. She leads the Story Workshop for Spiritual Abuse & Healing and recently developed the Allender Center鈥檚 Spiritual Abuse & Healing Online Course, inviting survivors of spiritual abuse to journey together towards healing and reclamation.

Rachael is a contemplative charismatic and unapologetic Jesus follower surrendered to the 鈥渄o justice, love mercy, walk humbly鈥� kind of life. She鈥檚 a tea drinker, an avid sports fan, and a karaoke aficionado. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, Rev. Dr. Michael S. Chen; two beloved stepsons, Jamison and Silas; and her beloved daughter Evie.

As a former elementary teacher, a career educator, and a lifelong learner, Katie is deeply committed to the art and science of teaching and learning. She seeks to help teachers and students leverage technology in powerful ways in service of innovative instruction and increased access to enable students from all walks of life to grow and thrive through their learning experiences, no matter the medium. Katie is a certified K-12 teacher in Washington State. She also holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Whitworth University and a Master of Education in Digital Education Leadership from Seattle Pacific University.

Born and raised in the PNW, Katie has lived in Seattle since 2006 and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home, despite the fact that she鈥檚 her truest and happiest self with a bit of a suntan. Outside of work, she is a musician and enjoys working on recording projects with her band, OK Carol. Katie loves cooking and hosting friends for dinner parties and she also loves reading, hiking, and camping with her family, pretending to know how to garden, and taking long walks with her dog and a mug of coffee. Katie shares life with her husband, Luke, a product designer and avid outdoorsman, and their two daughters, Nelly and Lana: they are all pretty big fans of their gentle giant Great Pyrenees, Moses (you can call him Mo). Katie is continually trying to live meaningfully in the present, be curious, and grow in compassion and love for all humans.

Kate joined 天美视频 as a Master of Divinity student in 2011 with a background in English and Spanish language and literature and an emphasis on Marginality & Difference. Over the years as a student and staff member, Kate has been a part of the Library, Financial Aid, Human Resources, and Academic departments. She is currently pursuing an Education Doctorate in Leadership & Innovation from New York University.

Passionate about the church in its many forms, Kate is an award-winning preacher with experience in a post-evangelical megachurch and multiple mainline parishes.

Kate is a quiet extravert, a constant prayer, a martial art practitioner, a ravenous reader, and an alliteration aficionado. She lives with her husband Keller and dog Magic. Together they regularly hike, play tabletop games, and travel throughout Cascadia and, when they have the opportunity, around the globe. Favorite destinations so far have been Granada, Spain; Istanbul, Turkey; the Isle of Skye, Scotland; and Lake Crescent, WA.

For those of us who work here, designing and developing trainings is our service to God and neighbor. We come alongside amazing people with deep, pastoral hearts and beautiful, hopeful desires for their communities. We get to be in conversation with people about how they understand God鈥檚 presence in their lives and communities, about the church that is still in formation, about the beauty and challenges of their lives鈥擨 don鈥檛 just learn from them, I鈥檓 transformed by these relationships.
