An Iskolar ng Bayan from UPD also ranked third in top successful examinees

The Ƶ Diliman (UPD) was named the top-performing school in the April 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Results released on May 6 showed that 55 out of 56 UP Diliman examinees passed the exam, earning the Quezon City-based campus a 98.21% passing rate.
According to the PRC, a higher education institution (HEI) is considered a top-performing school if it has at least 50 examinees and a passing rate of 80% or higher.
An Iskolar ng Bayan from UPD also landed in the top ten successful examinees. Hanzel R. Marquez placed third with a rating of 92.10%.
Meanwhile, 37 out of 39 examinees from UP Los Baños passed the exam, giving the campus a 94.87% passing rate.
A total of 16,912 examinees from universities, colleges, and schools all over the country took the exam, with only 4,940 passing, resulting in an overall passing rate of 29.21%.
