REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Utilization of Discrete Locations within UP Laguna Land Grant and within the 1,900-Hectare portion of the UP Laguna Quezon Land Grant for a Renewable Energy Project

SELECTION NO. SP 25-01

 

  1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES – SYSTEM invites interested parties or proponents for the following items:
  2. The summary of the activities is as follows:
    *Venue for these activities will be at the BOR Conference Room, 4th Floor, North Wing, Viewing Deck, Quezon Hall, UP Diliman Campus, Quezon City
    **Submissions shall be received at the Office of the Vice President for Development, Ground Floor, Quezon Hall, UP Diliman Campus, Quezon City

     

  3. Selection will be conducted pursuant to RA 9500, guided by the principles and procedures provided in RA 12009 for unsolicited offer with bid matching and competitive bidding.
  4. A complete set of documents may be acquired by interested parties from the SBAC Secretariat through email (ovpd@up.edu.ph) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the documents. Interested parties may inspect the documents and obtain further information from the SBAC Secretariat at the address given below.
  5. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, will hold a pre-selection conference on July 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM which shall be open to all interested parties.
  6. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration Form as security.Opening shall be conducted two (2) hours after the deadline of submission of proposals at Quezon Hall, 天美视频, Diliman. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the proponents鈥� representatives who choose to attend the opening.
  7. The proponents shall submit their duly accomplished eligibility requirements, technical and financial proposals in three (3) separate sealed envelopes to the Office of the Vice President for Development, Ground Floor, North Wing, Quezon Hall.
  8. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the selection process, and to reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected proponents.
  9. The proponents shall read the documents carefully and strictly comply with the requirements indicated in the documents. Failure to comply may lead to disqualification of the proposal.
  10. The proponents are encouraged to properly use tabs and identify the documents submitted for ease of reference in the opening of the proposals.
